President Vasant has over 40 years of structural and civil engineering experience, including design and project management relating to site development, structural engineering, bridges, and construction management. Vasant founded Infrastructure Associates, Inc. in 1993 and continues to serves our clients and ensures that their goals and expectations are achieved. He provides extensive hands-on Leadership to IA's professionals. |

Rahim Tazeh, P.E., LEED AP - Senior MEP Engineer
Vice President Rahim has over 28 years of progressive professional experience in the fields of design, engineering and project management. He has participated in a variety of projects including: system analysis, planning, trouble shooting, controls/instrumentation, design and engineering in renovations and new facilities as well as individual systems design. He has provided LEED field investigations and energy analyses with a focus on: code review, regulations and environmental concerns, cost implications and a review of alternative solutions. |

Brad White, P.E. - Transportation Engineer
Principal Brad has 19 years of transportation design and project management experience. This includes planning, schematic development, analysis studies, plans, specifications, hydraulic design, cost estimates, roadway and bridge design. He has completed several projects ranging from small rural off-system bridge replacements to major freeway reconstruction projects for TxDOT, METRO, HCTRA, and Harris County. |

Jim Milner, P.E. - Structural Engineer
Principal Jim has 36 years of structural engineering experience with commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, industrial and governmental projects, both renovation and new construction, from conceptual design through construction administration. He has worked as design engineer and project manager for a wide range of projects including office buildings, hospitals, parking garages, churches, retail centers, hardscape structures, and heavy industrial support structures. |

Matthew Flukinger - P.E., QCxP
Sr. Project Manager
Matt has 30 years of progressive experience in the design of commercial as well as energy conservation system for various types of facilities. He has also had an active role in project management, client relations including negotiations; design review and project close out. His technical experience includes HVAC design with emphasis on chilled waters and steam production facilities. He is qualified in the design applications of hydronic and steam piping, pumps, boilers, chillers, steam and gas turbine, heat exchanger and control system design and is a certified Commissioning Agent. |

Sr. Project Manager
George has 29 years of experience in the design of commercial, industrial, municipal, and federal government facilities. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including water/wastewater treatment facilities, bridges, educational facilities, power plants and parking garages. These projects have involved new building construction as well as structural assessments, rehabilitation, and alterations of existing facilities. |
